Provolone Valpadana sweet, made with cow's milk from the Friesian, and a stringy cheese relatively fresh, with a smooth external cylindrical and tender crust enclosing an internal compact paste, pale yellow color and characterized by un'occhiatura medium - small size spread internally throughout the product. Are liberated tasting notes of freshness and sweetness, typical of high mountain milk straight from the cow.
