These pork ribs are great value for money. There are two sets in each vacuum pack, and one set will feed two (reasonably hungry) people, or 1 glutton (or spare-rib lover … same thing?). Wrap in foil and cook for 3 hours at 130°C: open up the package and slather with your favourite BBQ sauce and return to the top shelf of a 250°C oven till the sauce is just bubbling. The meat falls off the bone. When raw, they freeze perfectly tightly-wrapped in clingfilm. Highly recommended.
