Decorated Sheet Cake with White Whip Cream Icing {CROSS} - Order 1 Week Ahead

Important!

We require the following in order to process decorated cake orders:
1) At least 1 week's notice prior to scheduled delivery, not counting the day of order submission.
2) An immediate reply to our cake order confirmation email specifying the sponge cake and filling types, and the requested text (up to 40 alphanumeric characters OR up to 18 Japanese characters.

In addition to the order confirmation message, our system will also issue a cake order confirmation message immediately after checkout; it is essential that you reply. If you do not receive these messages, please check your bulk or junk folders. If you still cannot locate these messages within 5 minutes of checkout, please email us using the Support link on our site.

Please note:

*Cakes are shipped frozen only. Please allow at least 3 hours to thaw. Delivery timing is generally reliable, but cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend scheduling delivery 1 day before the party or event. The cake is too big to fit in an ordinary refrigerator, but can be kept in a relatively cool room overnight without harm.

*Cakes may be shipped separately from other items in the same order. Please wait until the end of the requested delivery time slot to contact us for tracking, etc.

*While TheFlyingPig.Com (TFP) and Yamato (shipping service) take great care to deliver your cake on time and in good condition, there is always a slight possibility of late delivery and/or damage during transit. We have an excellent track record (over 98% successful delivery), but in finalizing your order you accept that:

A) There is a slight chance of late delivery or damage in transit.
B) A replacement cake cannot be provided by TFP in time for the scheduled event.
C) Under no circumstances may TFP or Yamato be held liable for any damages of any nature whatsoever beyond the total of the purchase price of the cake and the delivery charge.
D) The cake MUST be inspected upon arrival, in the presence of the delivery person. In the unlikely event that you find the cake too badly damaged to be used, TheFlyingPig.Com will gladly issue a full refund for the entire purchase price and shipping fee. To claim this refund, you MUST refuse delivery and request that the cake be returned to TFP, notifying us immediately by email. Please understand that no refunds can be issued with respect to claims made subsequent to delivery.
