About Shipping Fee

As of August 18, 2025, we have changed our shipping fee system. This means that you can order at significantly cheaper shipping rates than before, and bulk purchases are a great deal.

The changes are as follows:

1. We previously shipped regular and chilled items separately. But when ordering them together, we will generally ship them together in chilled boxes to save on shipping costs. To avoid higher shipping costs for orders of regular shipping items only, we will ship the boxes for 1,100 yen, which is a savings of 660 yen.

2. Shipping charges were calculated based on the total weight of each item, but no matter how many you order, shipping is now 1,100 yen for each shipping type. It's 1,100 yen for both frozen boxes and chilled boxes. Buying in bulk is a great deal. For example, if you order 20 kg of regular items, 16 kg of chilled, and 8 kg of frozen, the previous shipping charges were 1,100 yen for regular shipping items, 3,410 yen for two boxes of chilled, and 1,760 yen for frozen. However, the new shipping charges are 1,100 yen for regular or chilled delivery and 1,100 yen for frozen delivery. In other words, the shipping charge, which was 6,270 yen, will now be 2,200 yen. The maximum shipping charge is 2,200 yen.

3. You can choose the delivery type when ordering some products. If you would like refrigerated meats or bakery items to be delivered together with other frozen items, please select the delivery type when adding them to your cart. Of course, you can also order the same item separately as frozen and chilled. Please select the delivery type that best suits your needs. However, please note that if you change the initial delivery type, we will not be liable for any deterioration in product quality due to the change.

4. Some items that do not allow you to choose the shipping type, please enter your request in the order comments section on the cart page. If your request is possible, we will change it. We will issue a coupon to cover the difference in shipping costs. We will gradually make it possible to choose the shipping type for items that we can accommodate your request for.
